I read the 1 * reviews and so many of the responses by Caudalie are handled with decorum and respect and no blame of the customer. That won my respect for the company because so few companies do this: no blame, only focus on getting better and improving the costumer experience. If I became an influencer I would rep this product all day and I am shocked the number of times I went into Sephora and no one recommended this product only pushing high commission products on me for years when this has been the holy grail all along. I would work for this company's corporate if I could. I love this company. I would be proud to work for this company. My sister told me to get the Caudalie Vinoperfect Dark Spots Serum. She does not play about her product recommendation so I tested it on the back of my hand the next time I went to the store. I could feel the amazing texture on my skin and I knew I had to get it and immediately bought it. The sales rep at the Bluemercury near me was raving and raving about your product and they don't even stock it. She was saying how you guys use the most perfect grape tip point or something. Please stock your product at the Madison Hilldale Bluemercury, the rep there will represent your product much more fairly than Sephora (still stock there just please stock at other retailers too). Please. This is a great product. The smell is great, divine, I even stand at the sink smelling the product a few seconds before using it. Caudalie has a fair customer rewards system with a generous amount of points earned for account sign up, text sign up, and writing reviews, which means I can get free product to use or gift other people. PEOPLE the product is the most perfect slippery silk. It is so soothing. Even after using exfoliating or activating products my skin is calmed down after this product. I trust Caudalie and plan on expanding from their line in the future. Again, it smells soooooooooo good. I sit there smelling it on occasion. I enjoy using it and love using it. I kid you not my skin has improved so much in ONE month. My ex boyfriend was embarrassed of my acne. I was feeling miserable remembering how poorly I felt about myself after he told me. This prompted me to get into skincare as an area of self-improvement. I haven't seen him again, but my skin is better than his now! He had creamy smooth skin, but he had eczema and I wish I could test out all the products I now know about on him. If he saw me he would never say that acne remark again! My mom keeps pointing out how much nicer my skin has been and I have been filled with so much confidence. People compliment my skin now and tell me what clear skin I have. Just as heads up, I NEVER got a compliment on my skin my whole life and I'm 25. I have always had a little bit of acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I wish I had a higher quality/up close detail photo of the improvement of my skin like I do with the picture of my before skin, but I don't. But believe me I promise my skin has really improved after one month and people tell me it has improved greatly and people think I have great skin (I don't have great skin and never had great skin). Dark spots are going! I don't even know if I'll need laser/chemical peel. Also, for people who this doesn't work on, I have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it is not going to get rid of moles or freckles, which I have a lot of, but it is getting rid of the uneven appearance of my skin and making it smooth. Alongside Caudalie I've been using the Timeless Vit C (Skinceuticals dupe), Clinique Moisture Surge with Spf, COSRX aha bha toner, the Ordinary dark eye serum, and the Ordinary lash serum, I plan on getting more, but the Caudalie has been the biggest game changer. I love this product and would rep all Caudalie products to the grave. I want to try everything. This product has given me so much confidence and happiness. It is a bright part of my day putting it on and knowing one thing in life is gonna be reliably better tomorrow. If you are a girl struggling reading this, the right skincare works and can be life changing. If this is not the product or is keep searching because it is worth it and for every fake pushed product there is a real one with real impact and real results and it can make you feel so much better about yourself. For the first time in my life I feel so excited about what I can do with my appearance, I had no idea how much my acne and dark spots affected my confidence. I wish my ex boyfriend could see because I am a new girl and I am improving in many areas of my life everyday. I'm this close to naming my kid Caudalie after this product. BECAUSE IT CHANGED MY LIFE. I'm buying my sister this, I'm buying my aunt this, I'm buying my kid this. DON'T CHANGE, DON'T EVER CHANGE CAUDALIE. I love this product. This is a holy grail miracle product. I encourage you to give it a try if you feel it might be the right fit for your skin. My skin drinks it like MILK. I love this product. Please sponsor me Caudalie, I can't get enough of it. I recommend it to everyone I meet who asks and I tell them Caudalie C-A-U-D-A-L-I-E.
