By placing an order through Midway Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to all U.S. orders and ensure transparency regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange requests for incorrect, damaged, and defective items.
To be eligible:
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on product packaging (such as shoe boxes). All items must be packed inside a separate shipping box or padded envelope. Returns with damaged or defaced packaging will be rejected.
Manufacturer Direct items follow the Manufacturer Direct Policy.
Free Return ShippingIf your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid label.
Customer-Paid Return ShippingFor all other returns (size, fit, style, or preference), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Store credit returns are subject to the same deductions as refunds. A return shipping fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns are shipped at the customer’s risk until received and inspected by Midway Sports.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Returns sent without approval or without the issued label will not be accepted.
Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days.If the carrier does not scan the package within that window, the return will be automatically canceled and the label voided.
If a return is canceled due to a missed shipment deadline, the customer may submit a new return request as long as the order is still within the 14-day return window. Once the return window has passed, the return is no longer eligible.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If a return does not meet eligibility requirements (including being worn, damaged, missing tags, customized, or outside the return window), it will be denied.

If tracking information shows a package as successfully delivered, we are unable to take action, as the carrier has confirmed delivery.
If there is a misdelivered package, damaged delivery, or unclear or no delivery image provided by the carrier, and you believe the package may have been lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Discounts must be applied at checkout. Retroactive discounts cannot be applied after purchase.
Carrier delays, high-volume seasons, or vendor delays may occur. In cases of significant delay, Midway Sports may offer refunds or cancellations at its discretion.
