Our artisanal process is designed to carefully preserve the leather's natural features, like veins, pores, and subtle color undertones. These unique traits attest to our leather's exceptional quality and the integrity of its grain. To best preserve your Valextra item, we recommend you take the following steps:

• Keep it away from humidity, rain, sources of heat and over-exposure to direct light or rays of the sun
• Avoid contact with alcohol, perfumes, oils and cosmetics
• Avoid excessive loading to preserve its shape over time
• Always store the bag vertically on the feet, in the original packaging. Insert the supplied cushion or the tissue papers inside to preserve its shape avoiding any deformation. It is advisable to roll up the shoulder strap and make sure that the handles are not bent
• Avoid using waterproofing products
• Avoid contact with abrasive materials
• Avoid contact between dark and light surfaces to prevent color migration. It is recommended not to put it in direct contact with clothes or objects of contrasting colors
• Avoid dark-coloured surfaces and light-coloured surfaces coming into contact to prevent colour migration
• In case of contact with water, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth
• To clean leather and metal hardware, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth
• It is not recommended to use cleaning products that are not adapted to Valextra leather
