Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman

Saks Global announced a series of strategic actions, including a planned optimization across the Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus store footprint and the transition of Horchow.com to the Home category on NeimanMarcus.com. These actions are designed to advance Saks Global’s transformation with a focus on serving luxury customers, strengthening brand partner relationships and driving full-price selling to enable profitable and sustainable growth.

Optimizing Our Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus Physical Footprint

Saks Global is refining its store footprint to prioritize the best-performing and most desirable locations in markets with the highest growth potential. As such, the Company announced the closure of 18 Saks Fifth Avenue locations and 3 Neiman Marcus locations. A list of Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus locations to be closed can be viewed here. An overview of changes to customer programs for closing locations is below.

Please note the following changes to customer programs at closing Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores. With the exception of these closing locations, the Company’s stores and ecommerce experiences across Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman are operating as usual and in accordance with usual policies. A list of non-closing Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus locations can be viewed here. There are no changes to the Bergdorf Goodman operational footprint.

Importantly, gift cards, SaksFirst and InCircle credit cards, rewards, returns and exchanges will continue to be accepted in accordance with usual policies at non-closing Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman stores and ecommerce experiences. Customers can continue to place special orders and request alterations as usual, and stores will continue to offer promotions and events as part of the luxury shopping experience customers expect.

Transitioning Horchow to Neiman Marcus’ Online Home Experience

As of February 19, 2026, Horchow.com has transitioned to NeimanMarcus.com. Customers can continue to shop the full assortment of brands and product categories previously available on Horchow.com now in Neiman Marcus' home category.
