• Orders Below ₹399: May attract a minimal shipping charge calculated at checkout.

• Cash-On-Delivery (COD): Attracts an additional COD handling fee (displayed at checkout).

3. Delivery Terms

If a package is returned to us due to:

7. Partial Cash On Delivery

Order Refusal or Non-DeliveryIf the customer refuses to accept the order, fails to collect it, or does not answer the phone/door at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, if any partial payment has been made in advance, it will be treated as non-refundable. This is because the two-way shipping and handling expenses (forward and return) are adjusted against the partial payment.
