Delivery time to the US:

• GROUND: Allow between three (3) to seven (7) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.
• 2ND-DAY: Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered within two (2) business days. Please contact us at customerservice@lalique.com to confirm this option.
• OVERNIGHT PM OR OVERNIGHT AM: Your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered the following business day. This overnight option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us at customerservice@lalique.com to confirm this option.

If this shipping method is selected, we will process your order for delivery within this timeframe, but we cannot guarantee 2-day delivery to locations in Canada due to circumstances that may be out of Lalique’s control such as customs and border checkpoints.

Some creations being made to order, delivery times, costs, and terms will be confirmed by a Lalique advisor prior to order validation. These items include boxes, furnitures, decorative pannels, large lightings, seatings, mirrors, and textiles.

Purchases are delivered in a unique black box tied with a white ribbon, with the exception of perfumes and candles. If you choose to send this piece as a gift, you have the option to include a note with a personal message.
